These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Bento and related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service is available only to individuals who meet the legal age requirements in their jurisdiction (generally 13 years or older). By registering, you confirm that you are eligible to use the Service.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at support@chromatics.ai.

You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Sharing illegal content
• Interfering with the Service or its infrastructure
• Transmitting harmful software
• Using data in ways that violate the Service or platform policies

Accounts found violating these rules may be suspended or terminated.

The Service may connect to third-party platforms, such as social media or analytics tools, to help you manage your content.

By linking your accounts, you authorize Bento to access and store your posts solely to provide content management, drafting, scheduling, and internal reference features within the Service, in accordance with applicable platform policies.

Bento accesses and uses third-party platform data only as necessary to provide the Service features requested by the user. We do not sell, rent, or share platform data with third parties except as required to operate the Service or comply with legal obligations.

All intellectual property in the Service, including code, design, and trademarks, belongs to us or our licensors. You may use the Service only as permitted. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant Bento a license to host and display it to provide the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or operational reasons. Upon termination, any licenses granted to you are revoked. Certain records may be retained as required by law or legitimate business purposes.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Bento makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, accuracy, or suitability of the Service for any particular purpose.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Your use of the Service is at your own discretion and risk. To the extent permitted by law, Bento disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits or data. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to amounts paid (if any) for the Service in the six months prior to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Bento harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service, including legal fees related to third-party claims.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts or through arbitration located in the United States, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts or arbitration forums for the purpose of resolving any dispute related to the Service.
